Shipping & Turnaround Time

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We also offer free local pick up in Quinte West, Ontario, with flexible pickup hours. You can select local pick up at checkout. An email with the pick-up address will be sent to you once your order is ready for pick-up. 

Each item is made to order, and turnaround time is dependant upon order volume.

Typically, turnaround is 6 business days (standard business days are Monday-Friday), not including shipping.

Rush orders are available if you need your time within 48 hours.  Please contact us and we will do our best to help!  A rush fee may apply.
